How do I get started?

Create an account, become a member, then open the Beginner Guide. Fill in the Budget first.

How do I price my menu?

Open Menu & Prices. Type what one plate costs you. Aim for a food cost of 28–35%.

How does inventory work?

Set a “Par” (how much you always want). Count what you have after each shift. Red = buy more.

How do I track sales and costs?

Use the Profit page each day, and the Budget page for monthly bills.

How does billing work?

Vendor Bee members pay $10/month (first 100 paid customers). After that it's $20/month. You're billed monthly by Stripe.

How do I update my card?

Go to My Account → Manage billing / card. Stripe's secure page opens.

How do I cancel?

My Account → Manage billing / card → Cancel. You keep access until the paid month ends. Your work is never deleted.

What if a payment fails?

You get 7 days to update your card. After that, tools become read-only until you pay.

How do referrals work?

Share your link from My Account. When a friend pays their first month, you get 1 free month.

See a charge you don't know?

Never send card numbers here. Send us a ticket below, and you can also contact your bank.

Is my account safe?

Use a strong password. We never see your card. Only you can see your business data.
